ALL parcels are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class which is 3-5 business days delivery from the point of collection.
Because we have to give royal mail 24hrs notice prior to any collection, any orders placed up to 3pm during the working day will collected the following working day.
For example: You place your order before 3pm on a Monday. The shipping label will be created for collection the next working day, Tuesday. If you placed your order after 3pm on Monday, your shipping label won't be created until Tuesday. Meaning, your parcel won't be collected until the Wednesday.
If you Place your order on a Saturday before 3pm, then your order will be collected Monday. However, if you place your order after 3pm on the Saturday, then your order won't be collected until Tuesday.
During seasonal periods where a bank holiday might fall, i.e Easter, Christmas and any other religious holidays, there could be delays.
Even though every effort is taken to get your to you before Christmas, once your parcel has left us and is in the Royal Mail System a delivery date is out of our control. During the Christmas period, parcels may take longer to get to you due to the shear volume that Royal Mail have to endure during this time.
Covid-19 May also cause additional delays at this time.
